Any design element that is to touch the edge of the final trimmed piece should be extended 1/8" beyond the final trim edge of the document. On a press, the artwork is printed on a large sheet of paper and then trimmed down to size. If you do not allow for a 1/8" bleed, any misalignment while cutting will result with the artwork not running to the edge of the paper. Bleeds ensure you get the results you need (see an example).
We can only accept PDF files at this time.

For One-Sided documents upload 1 file containing 1 page.
For Two-Sided documents you must upload either:
- 1 file containing 2 pages OR
- 2 files containing 1 page each
Ordering multiple items: (for example, two different brochures) you MUST order one item at a time; you cannot upload the files for both brochures at the same time. Doing so may result in errors for which Service Printers is not responsible.
