To see pricing click on the "Order Now" button in the Online Print Store by the category you are interested in. Click the "Begin" button by the product you want to see pricing for. Type in a Quantity and the Number of Pages you will be uploading (count two-sided documents as 2 pages), then select your desired Print Options (if applicable). Click "Update Price"

My organization is tax-exempt. How can I set this up in the online print center?

At present our Online Print Store does not charge tax on orders that we ship from our location. There is no need to indicate a tax exempt status.

How do I upload a file? Larger View

Click the "Order Now" button in the Online Print Store by the category you are interested in. Click the "Begin" button by the specific product you want to order. Scroll to the bottom and click "Upload Files" just above the "Next" button.

Click the "Upload file(s)"* button and browse to the PDF** files you wish to print.

*For double-sided documents you must upload two files or one file with two pages. For single-sided documents you must upload only ONE file with one page. To order multiple versions of one product (i.e. two different business cards) you must order them one at a time.

** At this time we can only accept PDF files. Please see our Create PDF tutorials for help on converting files to PDF.

How do I view a PDF proof before submitting my order? Larger View

After you have uploaded a PDF, you can click on the name of that file to see a PDF proof during the Review & Approve step (just before you add the product to your cart).

I want to upload an Illustrator, Photoshop or Quark file

At this time we are only able to accept PDF files on our Online Print Store. We recommend that you print your file to PDF before uploading it, making sure all your fonts are embedded in the PDF. For more information on exporting a PDF, view the InDesign tutorial, or Quark 6.5 tutorial.

How does this Online Print Store work? Larger View

Before uploading your files please carefully review our Designing for Print section.

1. Click "Order Now" in the Online Print Store next to the category you wish to browse. Then click the "Begin" button next to the specific product you want to order.

2. Type in a Quantity and the Number of Pages you plan to upload (count double-sided documents as two pages)

3. Select the desired Print Options

4. Click "Upload files" at the bottom of the page, just above the "Next" button

5. Click the green "Upload File(s)" button and browse to the PDF you want to print. Click Upload File. Click the "Next" button

6. Review your order. You can click on the file name to the left to see a PDF proof.

7. Click the "Add to Cart" button

8. Click the Calendar icon under "Requested SHIP Date and Time". Select the day you would like us to ship your order. Please note that this is not the day you will receive it.

9. Enter your shipping information. Click "Save and Calculate Shipping Cost"

10. Click the "Payment Method" button

11. Log-in or register for an account if you have not already done so.

12. Enter your credit card information (you may have to repeat steps 8-10 if you had to log in or register). Click the "Next Page" button. Your order has not yet been placed.

13. Make a final review of your order and click "Place My Order"At this time your order has been placed and there is no going back. Your credit card will not be billed until the order has shipped. You cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.
